Return Policy

We want you to love your McSenderson gear. Because our posters and specialty prints are tough to ship back, we don’t accept general returns. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email us at hello@mcsenderson.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Order changes/cancellations

  • If you change your mind, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

Wrong item or misprint

  • If we sent the wrong product or there’s a printing issue, we’ll send the correct item right away.

Third-party purchases

  • If you bought McSenderson products through another retailer, please follow their return policy.
