Processing time

• Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our studio in Arizona.

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days after shipping.

• International orders vary by country and carrier. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping carriers

• We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

Delays & issues

• Delivery times are estimates only - we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
