Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your McSenderson gear out the door quickly so you can start planning your next adventure.

Processing time

• Orders ship same business day if placed before 3:00pm MT, orders after will be shipped next business day if placed after.

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days after shipping.

• International orders vary by country and carrier. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping carriers

• We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination. Our goal is to find the fastest, high-quality path to the destination.

Delays & issues

• Delivery times are estimates only - we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holiday complications, or customs.

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@mcsenderson.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll help make it right.

Shipping costs

• Shipping is free always for purchases above $50.00 USD, we will run free shipping promotions on occasion, at our discretion.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
